摘要： 21世纪以来，公案小说的研究文献在数量上有所增加、在内容和方法上有所创新，出现了以文学为主，兼有法学、语言 学、民俗学等多学科共同参与的跨学科研究，使得公案小说研究取得了丰硕的成果，成为中国古代小说研究中的一个重要领 域。但在取得巨大成就的同时，在研究的内容上、理论上、群体上仍存在一定问题，有待进一步提升。

Abstract: In the 21st century, research literature on the official case novels has increased in number, innovations have been made in contents and research methods, and there emerged multi-disciplinary studies mainly based on literature and supplemented by law, linguistics, and folklore. This has brought fruitful results in the study of official case novels, and has made it an important field in the study of Chinese ancient novels. However, while great achievements have been made, there are still some problems in the research content, theory, and group, which need to be further improved.
